Account Matters (AM) is a full service physical and occupational billing and collection company. AM came to be as a result of DMBMCSI clients needing help with their billing and collection functions. Stacey partnered with Diane to build a “different kind of billing company” by combining over 30 years of physical therapy billing experience.
As the Director, Stacey guarantees clients that their Account Matters and will be well taken care of. We remotely access our clients billing system to provide services that our clients can consistently follow-up on at any time for any reason.
In addition to providing billing and collection services, Stacey and her staff provide assessments of the billing functions as well as training and development for those clients who choose to keep billing in-house. AM is committed to providing exceptional services that result in payment for services provided.
Stacey plans monthly meetings with clients to go over their month end stats which we take from the billing system and enter onto a spreadsheet that we have designed so our clients can see monthly activity as compared to prior months and years.
